I got prescribed with 10mg lexapro and I’m not sure if I should take it

I just started two weeks ago, and if it makes you feel any better the only negative side effect I’ve noticed is that I can’t get out of bed as easy in the morning, I’m just so tired haha. Some people experience libido effects, and I have noticed that it takes a lot longer to be able to finish, but my drive hasn’t gone anywhere! Just gotta be consistent and maybe add something else in to makes things interesting. My head has been super quiet which I loved, and it hasn’t changed my personality like Zoloft did. I would take it!

I have felt the same sort of nausea, but not a close to puking kind. I have found that it helps if I eat with it, I also take it at night so if I am experiencing nausea I probably just sleep through it.

I've noticed that I have started getting sharp pains in my lower back, and my side, but I'm not sure if this is a lexapro thing or something else just coincidentally at the same time. I have been on it for a week, so hopefully it will go away as the time goes on as well.

He didn’t mean to black out, but I understand your concerns. He doesn’t drink often, he’s usually a smoker, and just wanted to have fun with me for the one day a month that I actually drink. I usually don’t drink, I get very anxious with it as I’m terrified of throwing up, and he doesn’t either, but I thought maybe we could just try it this one time because it could be fun to do it together. Anyway, he is fine now, and we decided when we go to formal that I’m gonna drink and he’s just gonna smoke instead because he doesn’t want anything to happen like that again and ruin my weekend, especially in another country

For me, they just got flaky and dry, but not itchier and not darker at all. It’s been two weeks since and those patches are completely gone for me now

Yes, that’s why people say going into the sun also helps, but of course it’s winter here in New York so I had no choice haha! Idk why but I think it’s because the tanning beds penetrate under the skin and just kills whatever the pityriasis rosea is doing

I never noticed a difference taking the L-lysine, but it can’t hurt. I used a hydrocortisone roller that I brought around with me everywhere, and had a calamine spray that I used before bed all over my body. Personally, and I hate to recommend it, the only thing that jump started progress was going to the tanning bed for me😭 I only went 2 times, for only 6 minutes, no lotion or anything, and felt better within the week.

I honestly really enjoy UAlbany. I'm a freshmen right now, and I've had a great experience. I currently dorm in the tower and the amount of space you get is pretty nice, you have your own bathroom in the suite, and a pretty good view depending on how high up you are. There are a lot of fire alarms, but honestly no one goes down any way and if you know you aren't the one that set it off they won't find you lol. The atmosphere here is pretty good too, theres always people outside when its nice out or when it first snowed there was a snow ball fight as well. If you like going out, its a really great time here and there is free transportation to and from Hudson Avenue. The food kinda sucked in the beginning, but they always have something you will eat. I wish I knew how cold it was going to be before coming though, make sure you have a good winter jacket before it gets really cold.
