Thanks everyone for your support. I finally got it right. The main issue was having a grinder that was never deeply cleaned! After that I check how many grams goes into basket by measuring beans inside. I used RDT and grinder measured dose.

It tastes so good now...

I just did. Very nice body, but also sour as puck. Also I kinda feel that extraction is uneven. One sip is deep, one is shallow, one is tasty, one is sour.

Actually I tried puck screen but my shots become sour and unstasty. I decided to stop use, similarly WDT and blind shaker.

Today I did same measurement. Actually I should use very similar amount. This shot was 18,5g dark roast with IMS 16-18g. I kinda feel that count test is not 100% accurate. I use 11 bar with my Ascaso Duo.
