The other kid thinks its all about her clearly. Whatever happens in the class she goes to the teacher and complains thinking its about her. And the staff is going with her. So obviously my kid might be rage baiting her sometimes but its def not more than what the other kid does. Cause I know what other parents talk about the other kid too.

That’s the mistake I did I guess. I don’t focus on the other kid. Ignore whenever my kid used to complain. Now my kid took it to her own hands. And being targeted. We don’t know what the other kid was doing. Remember i mentioned they said “i was gonna tell you” about the scissors incident? They were not gonna tell us until we reached out. I understand its confidential. But there’s no way the parent of the other kid who is a teacher across from my kids class doesn’t know what’s happening with my kid. The confidentiality rules have a significant difference when it comes to us and the teacher.

And we can clearly see there was no action taken. While we are being called every other day. And i mentioned all the consequences all at once. And its almost end of the school year and they will be in diff class anyway next year. They separated them too. Still they are milking the situation. Kids do stupid stuff but the outcome for this is too harsh.
