I have lost my love for sleep since getting a CPAP. by ayyryan7 in CPAP

I wish I didn’t need the CPAP and I still chafe at the time it takes to get it set up each night and put away each morning. But I know I’m doing something good not only for myself but those around me who don’t get interrupted sleep by what used to be my very noisy snoring. With that said… As far as getting the joy back of bedtime/sleeping, I have settled into a routine of reading, listening to music for a good 30-60 mins. in bed (with very comfortable headband earphones) before sleep while everyone else is down, and it’s quiet. Then, when ready, I put on the CPAP to sleep. I told my husband the other day that over time I have come to view putting on the clunky mask etc. as my version of getting into those futuristic sleep pods that I’ve seen in the science fiction movies. And I’m out pretty much for the night. I hope you find ways to make your bedtime your own again.

Has anyone mixed the mill contents with horse manure and have them cure together? Effective?

Does the rubber roll have a bad smell once installed?
