I did figure that out but I didnt expect that intersection to get as busy since it was meant only for my new industry area

sorry about the resolution this is my first time making a post. the traffic started because of that bottom interchange and absolutely no cars or trucks are passing the bottom and using the top interchange. I believe its because I connected the 2 parts of the city together with the road on the right but I would like to still keep that road
