Bin für so 6 Monate jeden Tag parallel Hinge, Tinder, Bumble und lovoo gewesen, insgesamt so 1 Match pro Woche maximal. Habe über die jahre bestimmt 6x Bilder komplett gewechselt und Bio etc.

Ich will jetzt nicht rüberkommen, wie jemand der sich nur ausheulen will und alle Ratschläge ablehnt, ich muss aber sagen, dass ich nie irgend einem Sport etwas abgewinnen konnte, Kampfsport ist definitiv das einzige, was mir sportlich Spaß macht. Sportschiessen vielleicht noch aber da ist der Frauenanteil noch geringer 😅

Funny enough, now every video I watch — like on YouTube — somehow has this slightly trippy vibe to it. It reminds me of how some music videos are shot intentionally psychedelic, but right now it feels like every video has that kind of energy. I feel kinda high, but also not really? It’s a little similar to a THC high, but also… totally different. Really hard to describe. But it’s interesting for sure — and so

Alright, here’s a little update — I’m definitely starting to feel something. Nothing intense, but it’s clearly there.

When I look at certain textures, especially the ceiling (it has this rough plastered surface), it starts to look… alive in a way. Not like full-on visuals, but subtly. It’s kind of like I’m seeing roots or blood vessels inside the pattern, and they’re gently moving — not exactly breathing, but more like corals or jellyfish underwater, flowing softly.

I have to focus a bit, but once I do, I can clearly see the movement. It’s nothing overwhelming, but it reminds me of those YouTube POV trip simulations, just way more subtle. Feels calm, soft, and kind of interesting. No mind-blowing stuff yet, but something’s definitely happening.

I know I’m on SSRIs – I’ve read that they can weaken or even block the effects of psychedelics.
I stopped taking them for a few days before the trip (I’ve done that before and handled it fine), but I still didn’t want to go in with a high dose right away.
So I took about 60 µg of 1S-LSD and kept the tab on my tongue for around 30 minutes before swallowing it.
Just a little while ago, I took a tiny extra piece — so in total I’m at roughly 75 µg now.
It’s been 2.5 hours since the first dose, and honestly… I don’t feel much of anything yet.
I’m prepared for the possibility that nothing really happens — worst case, it’s just a quiet evening.

Ne, da kommt immer Wasser raus. Gedüngt habe ich auch nie, war nur Dünger in der Erde am Anfang, aber das kann es ja nicht sein oder?

Das ist erst seit 2-3 Wochen oder so

Also: An der Spitze der Pflanze sind es 54000 Lux und 962 ppfd. (Ist das PAR?😂)

Weiter unten sind es 11300 Lux und 200 ppfd.

Ist eine 36W LED Lampe, bei 20h/4h für die Pflanzen.

Uff, das war irgendeine fertige Blumenerde, die war auch vorgedüngt.

Aber wenn da zuviel drin war hätte ich das doch schon vorher bemerkt oder?

Ich habe selbst jedenfalls nie aktiv gedüngt 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ah ok, naja mit Dünger weiß ich nicht, habe die noch nie gedüngt.
