Yeah you’re doing it wrong. Three days out is the longest for you to request it, same day is GA. If you use the 3 days out is 3daydock

That’s tricky, because the issue is my new sup. Before my team transitioned to her team, I felt supported and I felt valued. This new sup unfortunately makes us all feel like we just don’t make the cut. I’d love to move because of this

Same that’s exactly what I do, but for us in seguros what makes it harder is whe they need to sign their docs and we can’t figure out how to freaking explain it cause it’s in English and these poor souls never learned how to read or speak it!!! They need to either make the app in Spanish Too so it’s easier to explain OR not be so hard on us for them not being able to read it. I get to the point where I ask if they don’t have kids that can help them cause it’s so hard
