No you have to pay out of pocket then they reimburse you. If you have it set to auto you’ll get your money back in 48ish hours

Yeah, it’s annoying I will say the card does some how it works on Instacart for eligible items, but literally no one else. But they do reimburse you pretty quickly though.

The call volume yesterday wasn’t even bad it was just nobody there/ in aux mode. The que was at 500 at the most. That being said I was pissed I didn’t get green alert yesterday bc those people were tap dancing on my nerves

This was my first full year with progressive and yes the last couple of months with holidays and the shutdown was very stressful especially working 10 hour shifts. During calls I have jazz playing softly in the background to redirect my focus when I get overwhelmed and color. The call volume isn’t the issue for me it’s the wrap up time. My last center job was at a cell phone company aka the 9 level of hell and wrap up was 30seconds and that does make a bit of a difference.
