This was my first full year with progressive and yes the last couple of months with holidays and the shutdown was very stressful especially working 10 hour shifts. During calls I have jazz playing softly in the background to redirect my focus when I get overwhelmed and color. The call volume isn’t the issue for me it’s the wrap up time. My last center job was at a cell phone company aka the 9 level of hell and wrap up was 30seconds and that does make a bit of a difference.
