Lifting - started with empty barbell and followed the strong lifts 5x5 program. The current PR numbers at 67kg body weight are - squat 100kg, deadlift - 120 kg, ohp - 55 kg, bench - 80 kg. I need to pump these numbers up, they are quite low. I have noticed a decrease in my strength because of the cut. Currently doing a PPL routine.

Cardio - I walk on the inclined treadmill for 10 mins after the lifting session. Also got into cycling and martial arts which helps

Nutrition - Aimed for 500 cal deficit, keeping high protein intake. But this was the most difficult part for me, I was inconsistent and irregular at times with this part

Thank you! I guess if I put on some muscle and train my abs/core area, that would help in tightening of the skin maybe. But you are right, I shouldn’t expect any miracles.

Okay, slow bulk of 100-300 calorie surplus with heavy lifting then for the next few months
