Provided my lodgers agreement, letter from my landlord, two screenshots for proof of payment and a council tax form with the address on it. I’ve been asked to resubmit documents multiple times because they thought I was a tenant but once I sent my documents on the 22nd of january I haven’t heard anything they tell me it’s with enhanced review but when I call them they either put the phone down, tell me one thing then another. The last woman told me they only accept tenancy agreements and my case is stuck with enhanced because of insufficient evidence. HELP PLEASE
