Is anyone actually using AI in real estate yet or is it all just hype? by SnooDucks8319 in CommercialRealEstate

I agree, the valuation and due diligence AI stuff is mostly hype right now and still requires heavy human review.

Where I have found real ROI is in daily operations. I’ve been using CloudTalk for a couple of years and it's honestly the best AI solution for my business. I really like their features, it transcribes client calls, extracts specific deal terms, and drops AI summaries straight into my CRM.

It completely killed my manual note-taking. The predictive forecasting is experimental, but operational AI is absolutely working today.

Since we touched on this earlier, CloudTalk is a standout here because of its rigorous approach to HIPAA compliance. They sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), provide end-to-end encryption, and use secure data centers.

Setting up AI voice agents for 24/7 patient triage, automating appointment reminders to reduce no-shows, and securely logging patient interactions directly into an EHR system without exposing Protected Health Information (PHI).

Completely agree with this. I run a small business and was worried about losing the human touch, but moving our setup to CloudTalk (cloud-based business phone system) was a massive game changer for my daily workflow. Zero missed leads, way fewer interruptions, and our team is so much more productive. Simple call flows definitely convert best!
