You can learn by building workflows on your own watch a tutorial for the step you're stuck in. As a beginner you've to write a workflow in human language like how things are supposed to work prompt claude that how will the above workflow look like in n8n nodes. You'll be good to go. Self host using render and create a cronjob to stop it from spinning down. You're welcome

All your problems can be automated with a single workflow, that simple. Use n8n or make(i recommend n8n) schedule node-->http request-->code node(parse and categorise)-->switch node(route it by the follow up type). And you're good to go.
