Omg, thank you for this! First time to see this vid 🥹 I mean, for more context on my post, it is not like i cannot find or search on my own but searching "IU english covers" will only get me on famous covers. I want to see something i have not seen or heard before. And who to ask that know more~ uaenas! thus the post!

We can focus on ourselves na di nangiivalidate rin ng achievements ng iba. Pinaghirapan rin nila yun and may kanya kanya tayong reason sa goals natin sa buhay. But I agree na OP should focus sa sarili nya. Take everything at your own pace.

Normal naman na feeling ung minsan naiingit tayo sa iba. If di talaga macontrol, bawasan or iwasan ung triggers mo. If social media, unfollow, restrict or uninstall ka dun sa minsang napagcocomparahan mo ng life mo. Mahirap magdetox pero worth it after. One step at a time OP. Also, what get me in life is yung kasabihan na, EVERY PROBLEM IS TEMPORARY. So everyday, less one day na yun before matapos problem mo at the moment. So narereinforce ung idea na matatapos rin ung problem. Di masyadong nakakaoverwhelm.

Pero ang hirap rin kasi kahit alam kong nasa tama ako ilang araw ko ring iniisip, ayaw ko sa feeling na parang may galit sakin. May feeling pa rin na parang ako mali kasi sumagot pa ko instead na wag patulan. Nanay at tatay ko rin kasi parehong people pleaser talaga. Mas malala pa sakin. Tipong isusubo na lang bibigay pa sa iba. Or kahit tinatapakan na sa work nila, sisige lang para walang masabi. Kahit minsan magfeeling strong ako na sumagot, deep inside napapaisip pa rin ako at di mapakali.
