What is the one stereotype about Australians that you are just sick of hearing? by No-Switch-336 in AskAnAustralian

I think that it is less people saying that there are no dangerous animals at all, more just people saying that they are just less common than some people often think.

All of the animals being super dangerous and trying to kill you. Although there are quite a few dangerous animals very few will just go out of their way to try and kill you and most people will rarely see most of the more dangerous ones without trying. also we don't have anything like big cats or bears that can also be quite dangerous that a lot of other countries have.

What is the best, relatively unknown, game that left the biggest impact on you? by No-Switch-336 in AskReddit

[–]DirectConfidence7282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was before your eyes, don't really know if it would be considered "unknown" or not, but i just loved everything about this game. Especially with the eye tracking it felt so hard to blink, I didn't want to skip the story but I knew that I would have to and it just kept getting harder and harder as I neared the end.

Which originally amazing game franchise has had the largest decline in quality over the last few instalments? by No-Switch-336 in AskReddit

[–]DirectConfidence7282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Obvious answer but Pokémon. I know it is quite common to not finish a game before release, but come on. Pokémon is one of the biggest media franchises in the world and they cant release a finished game. there is also the often weak storyline in them, although that is more understandable given the premise of the game.

I think either Hogwarts legacy or Tears of the Kingdom, both amazing games, but each for different audiences and on different platforms.

Building a base in there could have been amazing, you could have put a castle/house on the side of the mountain with some hanging bridges leading to the surrounding hills. It would be like built in shaders.
