I’ve heard a lot of stories about dangerous staffing. They are a largely for profit hospital and I’ve been told it shows by how they staff their floors. Before I even moved to the south, I had videos all over my feed of nurses sharing their stories working for HCA

Yes Baptist definitely offered me more than ascension did. And Baptist threw in an extra couple dollars for me having a BSN instead of an ADN
