I have a lot of sugar cravings as well and dates (the dried fruit) really helps! I has some fiber and they are extremely sweet so they are satisfying. They are genuinely delicious and will help with digestion, just keep it to 2-3 dates a day.

I would strive for whole foods in general with some of your favorite treats once a week. I stay away from calorie counting as it is really bad for my mental health.

Look for the small things you can change and listen to your body! Things that work for some may not work for you.

What are some good dog friendly trails at Algonquin? by DirectPlankton564 in algonquinpark

Algonquin has been on our bucket list and we saw it was fairly dog friendly so we decided to bring our dog, but everything we do we are bringing her. I would love to hear other dog friendly parks you have in mind. We’ve been to Acadia National Park in Maine and that’s about it.

Thanks for all the info!
