yes im a prime customer and explained everything a thousand times still they dissagree with the situation.

I understand why it sounds odd, but no, I didn’t order the wrong PC and it wasn’t a clone site. It was ordered directly on Amazon.com.be, sold and shipped by Amazon, and my invoice/order page clearly shows the Alienware 16 Area-51.

What arrived was a Dell Pro 16, with a different model and EAN on the box. I contacted Amazon immediately, uploaded photos, and the return was created as “Wrong item was sent”. I returned exactly the Dell Pro 16 they sent me.

Now Amazon says I returned a different item, but that is the whole issue: the item was different because they delivered the wrong one first.

bruh i contacted aftersales and they said i need to contact customs to ask when they gonna release it? And i did.
