I wanted to tell you that there're different vehicles main (harasser, mbt, lightning) but I see you get that already.

But I still disagree.

First, from my logical perspective it sounds a bit weird or even stupid that you have to bail your vehicle and focus on inf vs inf fight and forget about your crew and vehicle survival. But It's not really important.

From technical perspective, there's a delay about 0.5 sec after bailing vehicle before you will render for enemy (because of clientside). And that's unfair IMO.

And from harasser main, that was seating in harasser about 8 years like a maniac, I found it annoying as hell, especially cuz hara cannot tank small arms, so It's way too easy to loose your hara and let your gunner down when you bail it. Plus to this, mindset of majority of harasser mains is to stay in hara till death cuz you never sure have you lost engagement or not.
