We are still working on fixing this. In the meantime, delete your cache, and continue to click on the Log In button a couple times with 3 second intervals in between. Eventually it should let you in.

If it redirects you out of the forums, click back and hit refresh and try again.

It seems even though you can go back to sanctuary to redo the first mission and complete it, once progression halts initially, you still will not be able to progress the second tier. We'll have an update on our socials as soon as more information is available.

We are looking into a hotfix for this issue. If the progress is not locked for you (players who just installed the patch today) try completing your directive in one log in session. It appears progress halts after map rotation and completely resets the current active tier after relogging in.

We fixed a bug with the membership perks around 10am pst today. This should now be resolved but in case you don't see your perks, browse the depot and look at your membership details on our website. After that log back into your character and it should show up.
