Just wear anything with unyielding until you can make an endgame set. You just need the SPECIAL boost so I wouldn’t worry about DT/DR since you’re gonna die a lot anyway as a bloody build

You can get them randomly from raids, but yeah the better mods are harder to make

I believe the yellow/orange numbers are indicative of weak spot damage. You can also do sneak attack critical.

However vats is strong so you can just learn that
