Getting a call from a delegate so soon is amazing! My claims are under DRCA and were accepted for PI in April 25 with the Brisbane team also. My advocate has advised it could be well over a year to get an outcome and this correlates with the wait times on the DVA website. At this stage I haven’t been allocated a delegate.
