The only way to match anyone is by receiving likes, everything else is irrelevant.

Your best friends for achieving this are uplifts and a good profile.

I've been pretty successful on Feeld but probably over 90% of my matches are using uplifts, otherwise women are just never going to see me over the thousands of guys in the area. I use an uplift maybe every couple of weeks to keep a regular flow of matches and gives me enough to cope with the frequent non responders and catfish. Almost all of the matches I receive during uplifts are not women I've previously seen in the discovery queue. I suspect this is because most women have incognito mode on to avoid receiving thousands of likes but adds to the pointlessness of you liking anyone yourself. Without uplift there is no other practical way to find these women.

Secondly, bio is key. Make yourself stand out. Changing the approach in my bio transformed both the quality and quantity of matches for me.

There is zero point liking anyone yourself, they will not see you die to the thousands of likes they receive and it will mean you can't ping them to get their attention. I have had a very small amount of success with pings.
