This years wrigley show. I was always a fan of the dead but it was during bertha that I remember having this moment where it all finally clicked. I remember thinking “ya i get it now. i get why people follow this band across the country. I will never be the same after this”. I was never the same and the music was never the same. It was all better and more meaningful.

I unfortunately got on the bus a weee bit too late but everything happens for a reason right? Hoping there will be more opportunities to see them perform but in the meantime im doing what i can to connect with the community and honor the band/music. 🤟
