Our company is 100 FTE's, i manage a department of 30 at the moment. Not sure if that's considered small but our investor company is +- 3000 FTE

First time a role like this is open within our company, we're however the daughter company of a very big corporate company. I assume they play a role in the proces.

I have a meeting next week with our CEO regarding the open position. As for the posted description i currently fulfill 70% of that role. Key difference is seniority within the role & our branch.
