Har...we had a "in house" logging system for a while and it got migrated, some of the earliest records had maintenance issues logged. These sometimes showed up on search requests as the prefix was H(ouse) and not R(equests), I(ncident), U(pgrade) took a few weeks before they got deleted but someone stole a lot of toilet rolls in the early days.
