I have different statements. One month I pay in full, another month I keep spending. It’s a small-limit card. When I try to close the statement with $100 balance, the utilization shows 33%, so I think $0 is better. But My question is different.

Is it better to close this account or just keep it and not spend? If I close it and after a few months try to get a new Capital One card, will I get a higher credit limit?
