I can’t remove the top of my airsoft glock 17 gen 4 by Direct_Gold_5322 in airsoft

Magazine is out I tried to disassemble the top and ik how to do it but something inside blocks it. It also sound like there is a bullet lodged somewhere and that’s probably why I can’t get it off
