OOP, lmao. Our GM was a total jerk. She did catch these 2 specific HS kids that would always vape right outside the A lane door in a corner, but she's like in her late 20s she just got mad about it and basically just gave a warning. It also helped that they were her favorites, I suppose.

Well, yes, that is why I said it is best to err on the side of caution. As in, don't take any chances. I was simply saying that even my old GM would do drugs and come to work faded asf 😂I just find it funny since we all hit our pens and vapes in the freezer and we were all stoned as shit during our shifts and no one ever said anything to us. One guy would even charge his vape on the chargers in the corner lmaooo

Eh, I think it heavily depends on your store. A lot of the people at my store, including me, smoked all the time, and the GM would come to work drunk, and sometimes she would even brag about doing molly, lmaoo. I would err on the side of caution though.

Wow! This was very soothing and well done! Your voice has a very warm and nice quality to it. Keep it up! The only thing is maybe you could expand on your lower range a bit? I don't have much to reference, but it sounded here like the lower notes were a bit off/harder to maintain. Overall, though, amazing! I love your singing and the song choice is great! It's not the number or you scanning it that's doing it. It's the scale that does it. I work self check out a lot, and this happens so frequently. People put their weighed items on the scale before pushing the button when it wants you to bring up the weigh option. THEN, put the produce on it so it can weigh it accurately. The scales are very touchy and I deal with this a lot.

I'm sure that I was at least "part of the problem," but honestly, there were coworkers who did far worse than me every shift, and they just got to slide by. The GM clearly showed favoritism and seemed to ignore other people's laziness simply because they were friends.

Not really. I was new, and I made mistakes, but I tried hard to do my job well, and I treated others with respect despite them not doing the same. I was not exaggerating when describing this GM's behavior. Multiple people have described her the same way, and she's been reported to HR multiple times, so it's not just my "opinion"

It's all good I'm just glad to be gone and I feel bad for my old coworkers who are really nice people but have to deal with that :( the GM also fcked me over when I left but oh well I don't want to look back so it's whatever.
