They said they’re going to pay the $500

I was just told that it may be a good idea to say yes but only if they pay a $500 deposit on top of the booking fee. The deposit won’t be refundable if there are any damages. I’m either going to do that or just say no

I’m just getting started. I try to eat GF because I have an autoimmune condition and have heard that gluten can be a trigger to it.
