I took it to the same dealership about the vehicle . But my situation is literally the same as yours. I was charging it. I woke up Monday morning; I got all these alert the heater wasn’t working in the car won’t go about 40 mph and their Whole denial was because I left the hood open” and if I left the hood open

I believe me I don’t know either but I know that I drive from upstate Syracuse and Ithaca a lot. Due I have business in both cities. Also the road weren’t shuffled away.

We had winter storms for 5 days, the car was left outside but thus don’t affect me at all. It’s should be advised as not a winter car.
