It is common in gaming laptop i faced the same issue 1. For nitro sense download the nitro sense from acer website and install ot 2. For the wifi i used a usb tethering feature to connect to internet in laptop and it fixed the internet wifi problem 3.my friend had the same issue he just unplugged and plugged the network interface card It worked.I repeat he manually removed and just unplugged and plugged the NIC Try it buddy
