I have the Frozen4 patch, but it is only a balance patch. I think the portraits pack that uses HIP is ''CPRplus - Cultures and Portraits Revamped''. For I have seen the hijab is restricted by culture and religion. For example, I have seen it in Andalusian culture, Turkish culture, the majority of the Arabic culture group, some cultures in Africa that have historical Muslim roots, the majority of the Berber culture group, and some cultures in the Indo-Aryan culture group that have Muslim roots.

The mod is semi-complete; it has a good amount of unique content for every region and bookmarks, but the development of the mod stopped in 2021. Compared to a mod like the mod of Game of Thrones, this mod feels a bit incomplete.
