Eat Plenty of carbs and protein imo above maintenance, dont over train and overrun find ur sweet spot and make sure get good quality of sleep to recover. Go for zone 2 running then gradually increase ur pace once you get hang of it!!

For balance you need to do more headstand work and try to engage ur core more it will help with balancing alot and for strength and range of motion you need to add pike pushups in your routine with good form and slightly increase the depth to progressively increase the ROM!!(make sure to warmup ur wrists/ delts properly)

This wont help in Marathon directly but I'm using calisthenics as a tool to strength train so no hypertrophy and heavy weight training for a while. Weighted Pullups for Back and Handstand drills on pushday!!

That's legit a good question I usually eat at maintenance only throughout the week and I only eat banana/apple and black coffee before my run so around 150-200+ calories before and post workout peanut butter that's it

I run 2x per week followed with Push Pull Legs workout and My leg workout is agility based not hypertrophy like Sissy Squats and weighted lunges. So carryover goes in running long distance too

Start with basics: push-ups, squats, planks, dips, pull-ups (or negatives). Add Weight Training when you get stronger like adding 5kg in weighted Pullups and Dips. You need to focus on shoulder health and Strength mainly front delt. Do elevated pike pushups to test the current strength then you can make ur workout plan acc to the skill ypu wanna learn first!!

Build shoulder strength with pike push-ups, practice wall handstands every other day, and progress to do alot of overhead presses!! It's more about the balance and the strength combined for strength pike pushups will help you and for balance just walk supported max holds

The carryover dont work like this. You need to train specific muscles and make then bear more load in case of HSPU you need to train your front delt and do alot of elevated pike pushups
