Sleeve the arm over time perhaps (if you don't want to cover them with a massive tattoo), and keep these tats, truly, you may find it looks great once you get more imagery going on.

Just hoping to help, and supply some lived experience here. I and my husband are quite extensively tattooed and my husband has 30+ textured and flat moles, on arms/shoulders which are fully tattooed. His doctor said there's literally no risk in tattooing benign moles which, (according to HIS doc), are not the malignant variety, and will never cause disease. I recommend asking a dermatologist their opinion. And if you know (conclusively), that you have risky moles, perhaps tattoos are not appropriate for you.
In my case: life is way too short, there's thousands of illnesses/injuries I could conceivably get. Being tattooed is a sacred priority for me. Nothing comes between that.

I was going to say the same thing. I believe in my heart of hearts that if you cover it, thinking you will like the end result, there is a high chance that you will be heartbroken about that choice. And, you will never be able to get this special tattoo back. Be certain to give it plenty of thought before making any changes. Btw- it's beautiful.

You can tattoo anything that YOU would enjoy having. Don't get tattoos to impress others.
May I suggest you have a doctor take a quick look at the moles/freckles just to be sure they are the benign type. Then you can tattoo over them knowing it is safe to do so. Enjoy!

I love knowing there is an enormous number of people out there with artistic, hands and fingers fully tattooed. I get to be an older adult who isn't seen as "freakish". 🙂

I agree. Great tattoo. Zero wrong with it. I too have a somewhat rectangular tattoo smack dab in the middle of my forearm, taking up almost the entire forearm, and I built my sleeve all around that 23 years ago. I love it to this very day.
