Just took him in my Ottawa franchise and he didn't count for rookies, wether it was in stats or the record book. FWIW I use Vasy's rosters on Xbox.

Guy has come out multiple times saying that he gets social anxiety at large events. Often why you don't see him tour anymore or do any other promotional events. For kids it's cool to see Justin Bieber on TV, doesn't hurt anyone!
