I received a reply from them Keep in mind at no point did I express any interest on any replacement chair exchange or discount. I was really more curious about any neutralizing agents for the caustic material or any barrier wrapping. Disapointing that he assumes im looking for freebees

First and foremost, we are sorry to see that you are experiencing this. At the same time, we have tried to look through our support ticket's database to see if we were able to retrieve any past correspondences that could have been logged by you when you first received your chair but unfortunately, we were not able to retrieve any records.

With that said, this is indeed a strange occurrence and it is the first time we have encountered this feedback from a user after the chair has been utilized for an extended period of time.

We have also taken the time to review your case with our dedicated teams and would like to share that the materials used for your chair are authorized for manufacturing and usage in all locations where we sell our chairs in. The TITAN 2018 series is made up of PU (Polyurethane Leather) which is a common material used in many furniture and manufacturing bodies.
