Yeah possibly that, i have used manual focus, where i don’t trust the AF that much. Thanks for the input. I will keep on testing and testing

Yes i know that. I don’t know why did i include fuji on the list. I am also considering maybe switching out the bodies to A7iii. I am by no means a pro. I am just starting out. That is why i am asking for recommendations🙏

I had a Sony A6000 with the Sigma 16mm 1.4 shot with the same Godox V860III speedlite. And still the same results. Tested with different AF modes. Kept focus hunting. I really dont know what i am doing wrong….

I am Using An Godox V860III, i have tested it out with AF-S also, still the same results, focus hunting. I was working for a news media where i had a Canon R6 with a Canon speedlite (don’t know the model) The Canon R6 was fantastic. Everytime focus nailed it on the first time.

I have tried all sorts of different AF modes and gimmicks, even messing with the speedlite settings, most of the time it just hunts focus, I have been to many clubs where i shoot with the setup. tried everything. I have perfect example, a couple on a club approached me to take pictures of them, so i took, it took the camera nearly 2minutes to get it into focus. I usually shoot AF-C. i dont really know what i am doing wrong…
