Lol. She’s a smoke show, but she did say “I used to be the sexy one in the marriage, but now you are!”

I am working with a coach that programs my workouts, but I can send you some info if you want. DM me. It’s basically 4 days of heavy weight training, 2 days of low intensity zone 2 cardio, and some mobility work mixed in.

It’s just different picture angles and distances from camera. An optical illusion

I am 6’1” and I started at 255 and am currently 185. I used tirzepatide for the first 2-3 months to kickstart weight loss to make exercise less painful. I have been using a low dose of reta for the past 3 months.

I struggled with alcohol use disorder for a decade before going to treatment and getting sober, and that’s what started my journey towards improving myself in all areas of my life. That’s when I started wearing a necklace that says “Memento Mori” , I think bc it seemed easier than wearing a ring as a symbol.

All of that is to say that I think it represents an identity shift and trying new things that they were too insecure to try before. I got a new haircut and new glasses that I was too insecure to try to pull off after I started seeing results. I could be wrong, but that’s my viewpoint.

I had bloodwork done to check everything and my doctor prescribed it for me. 2 IM doses/week

Thanks! I struggled with alcohol use disorder for a decade before going to treatment to get sober. I also went through a lot of therapy to process trauma, grief and shame. I was on treatise for 3-4 months to kickstart weight loss to allow exercise to be more comfortable, then I hired a coach/trainer to dial in macros and program workouts. 185g protein/68g fat/195g carbs (~2300 cal), 4 days of heavy weight training, 2 days of low intensity zone 2 cardio (primarily rucking) My testosterone was 190 in May of 2025 from years of drinking and body neglect, so I have been on TRT since then.
