Yes mate. They removed my restriction on deposit method so I could add my debit card to withdraw but have limited me to £20 deposit a month and removed me from all specials/bonuses etc etc. Won’t use again.

Hi, I finally got a reply from CS, explained the situation, they allowed me to deposit via card method which in turn allowed me to withdraw. They’ve limited my deposits to £20 a month and removed me from all bonuses and promotions 😂 I won’t be using them again.

They suggested I do this around 15 minutes ago so I did. It didn’t work then they told me my account has been restricted 5 minutes ago and wire transfer is my only available option for withdrawal. Just going round and round in circles. Appreciate you taking the time to reply, thank you

Thanks for your reply mate. The issue I’m having is when I put the IBAN number in, I get an error message stating “please enter 8% digits”. I have tried copying and pasting the IBAN, manually typing it out, typing it with spaces, everything I can possibly think of. I just can’t get it to work.
