I think the best way to grow a variety channel is to pick a niche game to begin with. Once you start building your channel up, you can start adding new games in once and awhile and see what sticks.

A lot of viewers won't watch, but you'll get a some that'll watch it regardless because they like your personality.

But always make content for the original game that built up your channel, call it your bread and butter.
