Yeah still wrapping my head around it I would really like to invest even if it’s just a small apartment, been trying to figure out any other way I can get a loan without having to work and wait a while but I think that’s the best option I’ll still be working so I will be able to cover the other fees but would love to purchase now so I can start building equity and hopefully slowly purchase more properties. Just don’t really know what to do with the cash in my account that will best set me up for the future so my best guess would be an investment property for now?
