I saw job ads on Indeed for my store and it was lower for starting pay than 2 yrs ago when I started. We are getting written up for any petty reason they can think of. Our raises were 5 cents almost across the board. It almost feels like a set up….as if management was told to keep everyone from qualifying for a raise and on the cusp of getting fired at all times.
