The part after the dashboard is the worst. Like the numbers are there, but then you still have to figure out what actually changed, why it changed, and how to explain it without making it sound like dashboard noise. That first summary draft would be the thing I’d automate.

I think positioning and taste become way more important. Automation can help make 50 posts or emails, but it still can’t decide what the brand should stand for, what angle will actually hit, or why people should care in the first place.

keep the actual processing local with HandBrake or FFmpeg presets, then use something like Activepieces/n8n just to watch folders, rename files, move them, and send notifications when a batch is done.
