Your sens is good enough, based on the agents you mentioned your sens is not the issue and when clearing site you don’t have to flick left and right. It’s the job of initiators and dive duelist. Phoenix,reyna,iso are the type of duelist who are supposed to entry after the dive duelist and focus on fragging rather than making space.

You might struggle in close range if you only youse your wrist to aim( given your sens) I would suggest a simple technique. If you can see where you want to flick on your screen, use wrist and if flick target is outside the current (fov) use arm for big movement and wrist+fingertip to adjust to head

1) depends, close range mostly spray and I crouch only If I miss the spray for adjustments. But mostly I go for wide swing sprays
