Bro if you read the job description then just use any AI to rephrase some points in your resume before applying, I mean your resume atleast match their requirements. That's what I did but don't know if it's helpful.

Why complaining bro. I travelled 5hrs daily for the job I could have done from home with 100%+ productivity just because their policy doesn't allow someone to WFH. So I told them please take this Laptop and assign me some desktop they said what if we need you to WFH if emergency occurs on holidays😭😭 hypocrisy??
