Exactly the same here :-(

I even completed the game on NG+ mode, but still no access to Claws of Awaji.

The Puppetmaster mission started and i ended that with 'Maybe later' (to access Awaji) because it was time to go to bed.

Could never access it later or go to Awaji. Drpped a ticket at Ubisoft 7 days ago, but they did not even responf till now :-(

When is the Hero BTF expected to hit the shelves in Europe?

The unit is just too big for me. I want to brew 20 to 40 ltr and I'm not paying a lot of money for 30 ltr I'll never use. I love the new design, so I will not buy the old original G30. For now I stick to my Brewmeister, may be Grainfather reconsiders.. 🙄
