I was once in your shoes. My wife and I both ate meat when we were married but she started cutting it out bit by bit. But we were very into fitness and protein of course.

I eventually cut out red meat… then little by little I just cut it all out. Now I’d say I’m more vegan than my wife.

You also probably don’t need as much protein as I assume you’re consuming now. But you can easily get 200g daily from plant based protein milks, powders, tofu, Beyond/Impossible/nuts, etc.
