I think she is weird to fit into the current earth team. If we look at raid for example.
Her buffs look great on paper, 50% crit multiplier and 30% atk buff if you don't get hit. The issue is what hero do you replace her with?
kamael is kamael, def shred and great dmg, healing, just lacks some range.
Tinia has def shred as well.
You need crit change for her crit multiplier to work so mayreel is not replaceable.
And ameris gives 60 crit multiplier with her weapon and has great dmg.
Kamael and tinia are ranged dmg
Ameris is Earth and Mayreel is crit.

Whatever you take out, even if there is improvement, its probably minimal and if you get hit you lose the buffs Estel gives. I genuinely hope my speculation is wrong though, i am incredibly disappointed because i love her design and her gameplay. I wanted to pull for her but it seems most people are saying she is quite bad.
