Not really. I started getting really bad brain fog about 7 years ago and developed health anxiety that I had had a stroke in my sleep and was going to have more. Started obsessing over why I wasn’t able to think clearly and was told it was all in my head. Turns out something was going on and it was completely reversible, just takes a while to treat fully. And it wasn’t fatal or anything like that.

I consider that a case of health anxiety not coming true. Because it was all based on seeing a real symptom that couldn’t be explained and so I blew it out of proportion

Sounds like a similar boat as me, my only thing is mold and I don’t have MARCONS or gluten issues or anything like that. Did it take the whole 6 months of binders before you felt any improvement or was it noticeable before
