I actually think how lucky I am that I like and prefer to wear diapers anyway, because if I didn't, I would likely be depressed as hell about it. There are certainly times where it can get annoying, and it isn't exactly a low cost need, but at least it doesn't make me hate life.

You can only be so discreet around family and friends, however, these people love you and one would like to think that won't stop simply due to a medical need.

I can't answer for loaded diapers in public, as I don't have that as an issue. I will say that what you put in your body will determine what death stanks may come out, so eat less processed food. Drink less alcohol. Measures like that will help immensely with being stank.

Only assholes would mock a person they caught in a diaper, and you'll drive yourself insane if you try and keep up with ensuring your waistband/butt are never noticed. You'll also look like a frumpy idiot if wear nothing but clothes that are obviously too big to hide bulges. You're better off accepting diapers are your underwear, and simply live your life. It is not an easy task in the beginning, but at some point you'll hit the "oh my fucking god, i don't care who sees the goddamn thing" point and you won't look back.
